Educational leaders

During your training, the academy’s educational leaders will be Kristian von Krusenstierna and Peter Härnstam. In addition, you will meet diet and health advisors, a mental coach, a personal trainer, a veterinarian, and guest speakers. You will also get to meet and learn from renowned figures from the equestrian world. Together, they will be part of your development during the training. The academy’s educational leaders will meet you both digitally and physically. We encourage you to take the opportunity to consult, discuss, and engage with the leaders. That’s when you will get the most out of your training!

Kristian von Krusenstierna He is an A-level coach, Grand Prix rider and one of the founders of DressagePower. He has ridden in the Swedish national team both as a pony rider, Junior, Young Rider and Senior and represented Sweden at the World Championships, competed in the World Cup and was in the top 30 on the world ranking. In 2018, Kristian was named Coach of the Year and also Horse Entrepreneur of the Year. Today, Kristian is responsible for the horses at the family-run company Ågesta Gård and Riding School and teaches at the riding school. Kristian is a former chairman of the Swedish Dressage Trainers’ Association and a former member of the Swedish Equestrian Federation’s Dressage Committee. 

Peter Härnstam He is an A-level coach, Level III riding instructor, Grand Prix rider and one of the founders of DressagePower. Peter has been training, coaching and competing with horses and teams up to Grand Prix for many years and has competed up to 145 in jumping. He has been self-employed in the horse industry since 1993 and during his career has been both equestrian director in Borås, organized elite competitions in dressage and jumping, and been the project manager for Lövsta Future Challenge Dressage for 7 years. Peter is also a former chairman of the Swedish Equestrian Trainers’ Association and a former member of the Swedish Equestrian Federation’s Equestrian Committee.
